The hotel is conveniently located near the Conference Centre and close to "Xingang East" Train Station (#8 line), making it easy to get around via the metro train. There are also several fast food options nearby, which was helpful for quick meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful making our stay more pleasant. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of quality food and local cuisine, which our kids especially enjoyed.

The room was comfortable, and most of the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to commend Kelly and Krystal for their outstanding assistance, which was very much appreciated and greatly enhanced my experience.

The location is perfect if you are coming for the trade shows, there's too many options for breakfast, the gym, spa and swimming pool are really good and there's no other passangers using them. The atention that I received from tracy in the front desk was great.

Notably, I greatly appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to check out late, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a stunning city view, which added an extra touch of magic to my stay. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was truly a highlight of my trip. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the exceptional quality of the restaurant. The food served was of the highest standard, and every meal was a culinary delight. I highly recommend indulging in the gastronomic delights offered by the establishment's talented chefs. I would be remiss if I did not mention the outstanding assistance I received from two particular staff members, Tracy and Annie. Their professionalism and attentiveness were exemplary, especially considering my limited understanding of the Chinese language and my unfamiliarity with the city. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay, providing valuable insights and recommendations that greatly enriched my experience. Great warm welcome, speedy check in. Club package was great snacks and drinks available in club lounge. Lounge had inside and outside seating with beautiful views all across Guangzhou. Pool and steam room were good to relax. Krystal and Jessie were great! They looked after us really well for the stay. Super comfy bed and blank out blinds with a strong breakfast choice - I enjoyed the omelette station and fresh breads on offer. A perfect city break hotel.
